I,m working my way towards quitting smoking but I don't want to sabotage myself.I would like to quit smoking for good. I,m looking for the best way to do this. There always seems to be a crisis around here so 'cold turkey' is really not an option.I,ve read alot about 'Smoke Away' (herbal stop smoking treatment) and it sounds very promising.I would like some unbiased opinions. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mic,
I just ordered "smoke away" yesterday and am wondering too about anyone else having luck with it? I will post after I start it and let you know what happens.

Hi Mic,
I've never tried 'Smoke away', but I know most of the supplements out there are meant to 'assist' in quitting smoking once you've made up your mind to quit. There's no magic pill that can "turn off" your addiction to nicotine.
Here's some food for thought - you mentioned that quitting cold turkey isn't an option because there always seems to be a crisis. Tell me, when you light up a cigarette, does the crisis disappear? :)
