I can honestly say that after quitting smoking for over 1 year, I feel worse than ever. I had smoked for over 20 ++ years and last 11/6/01 I quit. I physically feel bad all the time. I just don't what to do about it.

That's so sad, I truly feel for you. Perhaps you should see a physician.
I have never -een a regular smoker of cigs, -ut I've had occasional pro-lems with pot, and I was an alkie for ten years. Right now, I'm having -ad cravings (clean and so-er for last four and half months) and am considering getting a pack of smokes to hold me over and i am here to remind myself how quickly i can get sucked into this ha-it and -e una-le to get out.

Raj,-Please don't even think of buying a pack of smokes. Take it from someone who has not had a smoke in a week. That will just be another vice for you to kick. Are there not local support groups or a sponsor that you can call? Just my two cents. Good Luck!

Oops! Lavender, Hang in there and keep up the good work. My brother-in-law quit for months ago using some homeopathic product and he says "he feels great. Never felt better." - He is picking some up for me because he knows that I am struggling. :(. If you don't mind, I will let you know how/if it works.
