I started smoking when I was 15; tried to quit a few times ....usually always "cheating" and fooling myself. Last year my chest x-ray came back with abnormalities..i.e. pre-emphysema. I kept on smoking UNTIL my Aunt died of lung cancer a few weeks ago. She didn't know she had it until it was TOO LATE. She WAS only 57. Didn't feel well. There was nothing they could do but put a breathing tube in and make her comfortable. However, she never came out of anesthia. Call it my wake up call. I haven't had a cigarette in 11 days and I will never smoke another again. My cigarette breaks now consist of a bottle of water that I add stabilized oxygen drops to. It works for me and I feel great. My own mother quit smoking a few years ago after having been addicted for 40+ years. If you haven't already quit or are planning to quit don't wait until it's too late. Will power is within us all. I suffered for the first two days. Each day is easier. I have so much more energy! God Bless, Tammy
