Hi Purple,
I have tried it, and I found the second part of the 7 days a real bear and gave it up. But I think if you are committed it will work for you. I'm giving the gum another shot. If it doesn't work (it's easy for me to become addicted to it!), I think I'll give the this another shot. Good luck!
