Has anyone heard of the lettuce leaf cigarettes? If so do you know if they are helpful in quitting smoking. I am considering them since I think they don't have any nicotine.

Well, Quest makes a no nicotine cigarette that you can get almost anywhere. However my experience with them has been very wierd - smoking one made me want a real cigarette more because my body obviously knew I wasn't getting the nicotine it expected. I'm using the patch right now and I have to say it really does lessen the cravings. If you get a really bad one, rub the patch. It's tough, but it definetly makes it easier. Good luck to you.
