I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and I was terrified of gaining alot of weight. So, I chose to do what I could to lose weight and get healthy.
So far, I am down 15 lbs. I walk 6.5 miles per day.... everyday.
For lose trying to quit, I wish you all the luck in the world. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and I quit.... it is possible.

Rainy02, Thanks for the inspiration. I am closing in on 1 week and am still struggling but doing it. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep it up!

Congrats Rainy02- not only did you quit smoking, but you've also managed to lose weight? That's pretty impressive. ;) Good job and keep up the good work!!!! You can do it! ;)
