hi ive tried giving up lots of times but its really hard when family you live with smoke theres always tabaco left around and i live in a bunglow so i cant get away family wont stop smoking around me and they dont want to give up eather i really want to stop but when i try i get fustrated with them for it which dont help when your trying to give up.im fedup im never going to manage it.

Best of luck. When you make up your mind to quit, nothing else will matter. However strong the addiction, no one is responsible for the things you do except for you. I quit in Jan, cold turkey and have not smoked since. That's after 2 packs a day for 20 yrs.
