Whew...is this quitting stuff tough or what? I've been smoke free for 3 1/2 weeks now,but my temper is VERY short fussed at the moment. I'd like to know from the NON-smokers(that have quit) just how long i should expect this feeling of anger and irritability to last. My girlfriend has just about given her last bit of support. She has taken the brunt of the anger and she's tired of it. Being a pharmacist, she completely understands the withdrawal of quitting smoking, but she certainly doesn't like taking the continuous anger directed at her. She's my ONLY support,so i need some advise. Thanks!!
Ps...Wellbutrin,the patch(until yesterday) and a ton of Tootsie Roll pops is how i have survived....and i must admit the non-smoking part has been the easy part. The anger part is what hurts.

You might want to try a herbal supplement with valerian and passiflora to help with feelings of anxiety and stress, they've helped me trememdously! Ask your girlfriend for something that won't interfere with the Wellbutrin/Zyban.
