I have symptoms of twitching leg muscles and tingling in the feet. I am also experiencing twitching in the arms and have neck pain during the night on only one side. Can this possibly be a cervical neck problem?

I don't know. I do know that I had the same problem when I had a horrible exacerbation of neck pain.
