Hi Friends,
I was wondering if it is just me. If I am setting here in the chair my right arm is ok not too much pain. I still have that stabbing pain in shoulder and upper neck due to 2 ruptured discs. Is your pain manageable at times ?

My pain was managable when and only I sat exactly as you are now, only with a heating pad and elevation. Other than that, unless I took pain meds, it hurt. Before surgery that is...
