Finally, I am an adult. I feel so wise. :)
I am going to take most of the day off today and then it's off to a favorite dive Mexican retaurant downtown for a nice vegetarian tamale and a couple of margaritas for dinner with a friend.Then I will go in search of that ice cream bdb.

Have a great day! (I see you just missed being born on April Fool's Day!) I hope all your wishes come true, except for one, too. Only I hope that you're able to at least choose which one to put on a shelf until later (something like parachuting out of a plane). Maybe a round of golf will suffice until then.

Na....(well I mean I do feel okay) it's just over the last yr or so I've not been sleeping very good...I think my body has gotten so used to only a few hrs of sleep a night that now even if it's not the pain keeping me up I can't seem to sleep more than a few hrs. Oh well....gives me more hrs in a day to get stuff done :) I do occasionally nap for an hr in the afternoon if I can.

Thanks again so much for everything. The birthday wishes and the unconditional support during these last couple of months. I still believe that all of you are the proverbial silver lining in this joyride.
I speak of you all to others with the same affection I reserve for my most intimate friends. This odd sense of familiarity.
My day was lovely. Spoke with many friends and had a great dinner. A very dear friend of mine suprised me by showing up at dinner - she flew in from CA for my birthday. She took me out for my 30th it was nice that she joined me for this one. :)
At this moment I'm happy, unexpectdedly so, but happy nonetheless.
