I read your response to Chalkj and was interested in what you said about your congenital stenosis. Why would you rule out laminectomy since you have both acquired and congenital stenosis? I don't think the ACDF will help the congenital stenosis, and from what I understand, the stenosis is progressive. Just asking! Have a great, pain-free day!
