MIDGE!!!

Don't do that to us!!! I thought you needed a kidney or something by the title of this topic and had my knife out and had already started cutting when I read the note. Now I have to go find some fishing line and a knitting needle to sew myself back up. LOL :round:

PS. I get a second opinion from a Duke univ. OSS on July 16 on my Cervical and Lumbar problems. My back doc also gave me his blessing to send my films to Dr. Jho and said he would look at the guy's web site tonight. (This doc I have is a cool person)

Harvey -

I'll have you know I can't find my butt with both hands. :) Unfortunately, work keeps me way busy, so I don't think I would do the list justice like it deserves right now.

Think of it. I'm 9 months pre-op and didn't learn until now that my 2 leve ACDF was actually a 3 level done by a second NS. I'm hardwared just like Harv from
C4 to C7.

jdog,
You should feel proud that your fellow board members have this much faith in you. :) I understand busy but you still have my vote. You're only working 12 hour days.... that leaves you 12 hours of nothing to do! lol
I hope your feeling better, Have a great day.

Harvey -

I fight crime at night. :) I hunt down the evil ones that would perform fusions and IDETs without explaining what kind of h*ll the patient may end up going through.

Midge,

I'd help out...but...I'll be under the "knife" and out of commission. Sorry sweetie.....I know it is no excuse but.... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif

jdog gets my vote also! Hey jdog and Harvey, I'll join the group but I will be fused from 3-7. Does the extra fusion leave me out?!?! I'll only have hardware in three of the four. :)

Have a great vacation to Midge and More.

Hugs,
Suzie

Well guys, as much as I think I would suck at it, I get to take off Wednesday of next week and head down to the coast for a 5 day break in lovely Wilmington, North Carolina. Gonna eat some BBQ, some cheesecake, shoot some fireworks, take some Vicodin. :)

My only friends in NC live down there. Her mom is in her 70's and is getting over a stroke she had last year and is working with the depression and recovery of that. Would you believe that about 3 months ago, after she was recovering well, and feeling good about herself, she was walking with her daughter for her daily exercise, and the were walking on the sidewalk and came to a corner and then her mom was hit by 2 teens on a bike. One was on the handlebars, so the driver couldn't see where he was going. It knocked the wind out of her and broke her good wrist.

My friend asked me to be down there to try and give her some "pep" talks because this setback really took the wind out of her sails. It would me too.

jdog (Putting on my mask and boots. Beware, evil fusion-doers, jdog is on his way..... <cue campy music> ) :round:
