Hi dears,
I think honestly sometimes I am losing it. I have a really bad case of cabin fever. I am on the verge of driving myself somewhere, anywhere..lol Been really down today and od not know why. I've read three books, watched endless tv and played every game on the internet and yet I am still fidgety. Oh well just sounding off my friends, I go back for my first post op visit tommorow and will keep everyone posted. I keep chanting I am only 11 days post op over and over again..lol
Thanks for listening
Ginny

I know just what you mean. Sometimes it just feels like life is passing us by. Particularly since it is summer and there is so much going on, so much that we have to miss out on. It just doesn't seem fair. I'm sure we'll be out and about soon enough, and hopefully enjoying every minute.
Good luck on your follow-up. Make sure and write down any questions you may have.

Ginny!!!

We are twins! :) LOL. I had a 3 level 9 months ago. Sorry you are getting cabin fever. I think we all get it. Is there anything in walking distance?

I got conflicting instructions from my doctors and was driving 2 weeks after surgery. I did feel I wasn't up to my best, so I did set a rule of grocery store and PT place only. There was a park withing walking distance, and I went there.

I was alone from 2 weeks on, and it was rough, but some of my co-workers wives brought me lunch every now and then. I really felt special for what they did. There was a lot of Godiva chocolate giving when I got able to do some shopping. :)

I kinda live in the sticks so going anywhere but the woods is not an option. It is very hot and humid here in the south right now anyway. I have a friend who is taking me to the doctor tommorow and hopefully I will be able to drive after that(I am gonna Beg). Wally world is always a favorite and I am at least able to keep the grandson at night. He is four and believe it or not a big help to his Gamaw. I went to get coffee the other morning and he said "Don't walk on that floor I just mopped it"LMAO He had taken the swifter and mopped it.
Thanks for the responses and I am trying to settle myszelf down. I get a little crazy from time to time.
