Hi to all,
I just lost my cousin to cancer and havent had the time to post or read. She was 44 and like a sister to me. We brought home her ashes yesterday and I put some in a pendant that I can wear around my neck. I feel much better knowing that she is always with me. A great loss to our family. You are all such great people. Very caring. I am still in alot of pain. The staph infection is under control finally. My sed. Rate is still high 43 but we all know that inflamation can stay around awhile after surgery and the infection. PT started last week so I have 15 weeks left. ugh....... I think I am going to have to deal with this pain for the rest of my life. I am smiling, It could be alot worse!!!!

Thanks and prayers to all
Lori

Blink, blink! Oh, yes, it's YOU! I'm so glad to see you post again... You did seem to be gone for a long time, and I'm sure I was not the only one wondering how your health and pain levels had been.

I'm so sorry about your cousin; I'm sure it has been an extra rough time for you, probably this entire past year. Oh, the burdens of aging, eh? Unfortunately, I guess that's how we become "wise" and "learned". It takes its toll, though...

Hang in there, Lori... with time I hope things improve again.
