I have just been told I have Spinal Stenosis in my C3-4 there is a central disc herniation in my C4-5 there is a large centeral disc herniation in my C5-6 there is a mild dengenerative disc bulge also I have been told that I myelopathy.I have no real pain other than my neck hurts if I do to much and if I stand bend or strech I get a pain in the nerve in my back by sitting down for a while the pain goes away. My condition has not curtailed my daily activities as of of yet. The doctors have told me that I can not work and only limited driving until we determine what to do. I am opting at this point to avoid surgery. I am a very active 55 year old man who has no interest in going on disability rather I want to live a productive life. Please if any one has had a similar a situation I would appreciate your advise.

Michael,
Welcome to the board
Yours is a sticky situation, especially if you are experiencing myelopathy. That means some possible spinal cord damage. I would certainly encourage you to talk with your doctors again and get a second opinion also.
Whatever you do, don't do any chiropractic treatments as this could actually cause potential serious problems.
