Thank you so much for thinking about me. Yes, I was gone for a while... did a bit of travelling, too, and sitting back and chillin' a bit. The tension has been so thick you can cut it with a knife, and that's not a good way to go... can't live like that for long, ya know?

Glad you're doing okay. I'm doing pretty well myself and my epidural shot seems to have had some staying power...two weeks plus already with only minor pain!
