Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post with a little good news. After four weeks of PT, I think I am finally starting to improve. I'm still a long way from being 100%, but I doing better with the spasms and headache. While I still have spasms every day, they aren't quite as bad. Better yet, my headaches have subsided somewhat and I've only had two bad days with these in the last week. I finally feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hope all of you who are suffering will start feeling better soon.

Em

THANKS FOR THE INSPIRING WORDS.

IT IS SCARY OUT HERE WAITING IN LINE FOR THIS SURGERY.

I KEEP REMINDING MYSELF MOVIE STARS, FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND NUMEROUS AMERICANS HAVE THIS SURGERY EVERYDAY WHEREAS UP HERE IN CANADA WE HAVE TO DIE FIRST, OR SUFFER LIKE WE ARE FOR 3 YEARS BEFORE YOU CAN GET SEE OR HAVE SURGERY.

SO WHEN THE PAIN IS LESS AND THEN I WAKE UP WITH MY LEFT RIB CAGE NUMB AND LEFT ARM SO DEAD IT HURTS I REALIZE I BETTER REMEMBER WHY I AM ON THE LIST.

I HOPE PHYSIO IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF RECOVERY.. I WAS MORE HELPED BY CHIRO THROUGH THIS BUT THAT MANIPULATION WON'T HAPPEN IN MY NECK AFTER SURGERY I GUESS.

YOU MAKE SOMETHING DIFFICULT SOUND A LITTLE EASIER

THANKS....AS I MOVE AHEAD IN LINE.

Nero,

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts. I know things will eventually get better for you, but it is a long road.

Hang in there.
