I have been feeling 'on edge' for the past few days. And although I am not having actual anxiety attacks, I can feel my heart rapidly beating. This goes on sometimes for a couple of days. And then all of a sudden it will just slow down, and I feel that I can finally relax. Has anyone else ever had this??
I don't think that can be too good for you to have your heart beating that fast all the time.

Yes I get the rapid heartbeat with mine among all the other things that happen to me...nausea, sweating, cold clamy hands, trouble breathing, headache and that spacy feeling. Maybe yours is an attack just a mild one? Our hearts beat fast after many activities and its not bad for us then. Yours does it when you are sitting still probably being a mild attack but the way I feel its no different than it beating fast from running or physical excertion. Thats the way I try and think of it anyway.

Yes I get it regularly but I try not to worry - apparently our hearts are a lot tougher than we think!
