Im worrying because i think something more might be wrong (by the way i was diagnosed in july with a panic disorder). I have also been under termendous stress. Are you taking any benzodiazepines or SSRI's for the panic? Benzodiazepines can cause depression. Some SSRI's worsen it in some people. Headaches are a common side-effect symptom. There could also be many other reasons too, so explore anything that is different lately.

Brand honey, calm down. Your not going crazy by no means. If you were really going crazy, you would not admit to anyone that you thought you might be. I myself have some pretty bad headaches. I always have had migraines but with anxiety my headaches came in a different form. It was more the front of my head hurting like in a certain pressure point in the middle of my forehead. I was also having some bad chest pains so of course I about scared myself to death as well. I started taking Lexopro, been on it for a few months now and I am doing great. Not having anymore headaches like before and the chest pains went away as well. Hope I helped, please keep us informed!!
Good Luck and God Bless!!

could it be the paxil that's giving you the bad headaches? i took paxil for a short period of time and felt absolutely rotten on it. my head felt like it was going to explode and i had vertigo or something like vertigo with it. when you feel that bad the doctor will give you something else.
