i was just wondering if i am the only one who experiences alot of da ja vu (sry spelling) like i could be sat here and do something and suddenly think ive dreamt this or done this before then i feel all funny as if to think this is it i am gonna die and then i have sort of a mild panick attack not as bad as i used too before because i am used to this feeling.. am i alone in this or does any of you get this also?

thankyou

You are not the only one i get that all the time, I can be just sat watching tv and im thinking that ive done something before. It freaks me out a little but my mum gets it too so I think we are kinda gifted and that is special http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

its weird though isnt it? the worst bit was when i was at the airdressers yesterday so i couldnt exactl get up and run home... i felt ive been here before and then i felt all funny and started panicking... then the hairdresser asked me if i was ok? i said yes sure was up.. and then i just sat it out panicking still and couldnt wait to get home.. ?? i also get dreams, like i could dream of something and that something will come true a few days later.. i dont like it.. it scares me... few mnths ago i dreamt of a man that used to hang around with me and a few others... just a normal dream with him in it.. the following day i found out he died the day of my dream (day before)..

It is weird yes, I cant say why we feel it, but i dont think it is harmfull or anything. I often think of something happening then it will a few hours later. I just try and forget about it.

When my anxiety is bad I get de ja vu all the time. I hate it, it's terrifying. I once read that it's the product of a tired and anxious mind...nothing to worry about but it's still horrible.
