I just started on a drug called paroxetine 20mg (1 a day) 8 days ago, but I'm finding hard to stay asleep at nights all I seem to get is about 2 hours a night, I also seem to be having tummy ache and nausea, and sweating a lot still, are these all just side effects and will they go soon. and how long do you have to take them before you start to feel better??

Yes, these are side effects of Paxil. It is also a drug that has a withdrawal syndrome despite the manufactor denial of this; they claim only a "discontinuation" symptoms that are mild, but in truth there has already been lawsuits over it.
