Hi,
Do any of you meditate? I am thinking of starting to do so to try and help with the anxiety. If you do, what type of meditation do you use and is it effective.

meditation helps a bit but generally not much, it was promoted as the complete cure but has gone out of fashion, anything that calms and relaxes is helpful
