Does anyone else feel the need to just cry after having a panic attack? Lately I have noticed that after having one I just start to cry. Is it just me?

Spotty i dont think you are alone, no way.
i think a panic attack is a build up of emotions and maybe your way of releasing them after is to cry. why wouldnt you though? Panic attacks are the worst thing ive ever experienced.

Hope that helps, youre never alone

Hi Spotty and Bubbley...it is as normal to cry after an attack as it is to breathe. With me I think it is relief that it is over. We all react differntly but I think our attacks are basicly the same symptoms. I hate them and I feel for everyone that gets these awful things. Mine have gone away for now well I have had the begginings of attacks once in awhile but I cut them off by taking an Ativan and calling my mom. Your not alone and I hope you will continue posting here there are so many nice people going through the same awful thing,....Take care.

Autumn.
