Alright, this anxiety stuff is just going WAY out of hand!
Will someone, ANYONE, be able to reply to this message with EVERY SINGLE symptom of an anxiety attack known to man! please.
I'm beginning to wonder if these are anxiety attacks....

I am not going to tell you every symptom in this post, because then you will THINK YOU HAVE and LOOK for every symptom I name; I've been that route before and its NOT COOL http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif.
HOWEVER, I will tell you that you need to go to the doctor and get a complete physical done to rule out any actual physical problems. Not only will this ease your mind, it will give insight into what is going on in your body. THEN, if all is well, which I am sure it is, sans your ears maybe, then GO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS.
Like I said earlier in your previous post- NIP THIS IN THE BUD NOW with a counselor so you have the skills to deal with this junk later as an adult. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself as a young person. Dont go crusing anxiety boards looking for symptoms- try and find similar experiences and SOLUTIONS or COPING MECHANISMS; thats far more constructive.

anyway, the whole point in knowing these symptoms would do just the opposite of what you said. It would be better for me to know all of these symptoms because, like I have said, I have had plenty of doubt that these actually are anxiety attacks, and that's the scary part. So if I know that all of them are actually anxiety attack symptoms, then that would make me feel better knowing that it is "just another one of those harmless attacks again" but I can't think that unless I understand them.
Someone would really make my day if they did post all of the symptoms.

Your'e going to understand them huh? Well, when you do, be sure to enlighten all of those that suffer from anxiety so we can quit suffering from it too.
The only way you are going to be reassured that it is not anxiety or IS anxiety is by going to the doctor and getting a complete blood workup done. Painful, sure- BUT those are the breaks.
You can't diagnose yourself over the internet with a list of symptoms- anxiety shares nearly every single common symptom with every other illness under the sun including diabetes, acidosis, cancer, etc.. Just do a search on Google-you'll find that out for yourself. If you dont think its anxiety, why are you posting on the anxiety board? Do a search here for symptoms- but be prepared for a long list to mull through.

DID I MENTION THAT I HAVE HAVE BEEN TO THE DOCTOR 3 TIMES ALREADY THE PAST 3 MONTHS? GOT BLOOD TESTS, URINE TESTS, (WHATEVER THAT HEART RATE THINGY IS), THOROUGH PHYSICAL EXAMINATION, AND AN MRI! ALL TURNED OUT FINE.
SO... CAN'T DO MUCH THERE.
ANYWAY, MAYBE SOMEONE WILL UNDERSTAND AND HELP ME OUT...

ok hunter heres some symptoms:
shaking, dizzy spells, tight chest, rapid or skipped heart beats, hot and cold flushes, feeling sick, feeling your going to die.

(still looking for all of them though) not to try to sound greedy or anything; but I have done a toooooon of research and still haven't went to one website that just listed all of the symptoms, a lot of them have different listed symptoms.

i dont know if i have anxiety but id like to know lot of the symptoms as well as this guy ive had blood tests done urin tests done been hooked up to the moniter thing in the hospital to check my heart wore that moniter for 24hrs to test my heart been to doctors 5 times too and boo ya..

There are SO many symptoms that are linked to anxiety. Basically just about every imaginable symptom that cannot be linked to a physical cause for a particular person. I don't think you could name a symptom that hasn't been linked to anxiety in someone. It's very individualized - everyone gets different symptoms, though there are some common ones like you are finding on webpages.
If you've been to a doctor and given you a clean bill of health physically, then it's time to work on your anxiety. A good book is "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook", and/or see a therapist.

Some symptoms that I know of are lightheadedness, nausea, heart racing, headache, chest tightness, cold or hot sweats, tingling in part of the hands, constipation, diarahea (sp). Hope this helps!

Why not tell the man, he wants to know. I fought this stuff for twenty years and anything you can imagine is what the symptoms are.
Heart beating out of your chest.
Dizziness
Loss of Balance
Head Ackes
Blury Vision
Thinkin you going crazy
Thinkin you gonna do something crazy or hurt someone
Thinkin you gonna get lost and not find you way back home.
Jerking in your sleep.
Cant sleep
Tired a lot
Thinkin you gonna die with every little symptom
Thinking you gonna loose your memory sometimes
Thinking you dont understand words sometimes
Checking your pluse all the time
Cant stand Floresent lights
Not wanting to go no were but stay home
Not wanting to go no were but when you get there you feel fine.
A feeling of unrealty
Anything that comes up unusal on your body you think it is something that is dead serious and worry about it 24/7 till you find out it is noting at all.
Feeling Traped
Havnig to go some were and sittin nearest to the door so you can get the hell out of there if you need to.
Cant concentrait
Read a bood and never understand the plot ahahahah
Watch Tv and cant get intrested have to get up ten times during a movie
Just thinking some thing is gonna happen are is wrong all the time.
Any kinda ear trouble worsen the Big A belive me I know.
Not taking a Dr word for it it is noting and seein more Dr that tell you the same.
It goes on for days and days man. Mostly anything that a Dr. cant find a reason for is symptoms of the Big A.
Iam just glad finaly I got out of all of this with no medicines and with little to know help for 15 years cause I didnt want nobody to think i was crazy. I just plain out refusedto live this way and just kept on pushin foward and some good advise from a few good freinds finaly and the more you go and do what you dont want to the better YOU GET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One other thing I can suggest to you.
Is keep going and doing because the Big A is one thing but when you get the Big A and then get the Agorphobia if I spelled it right, which is scard to go out of the house belive me you it makes IT A 100 TIMES WORSE because then you gonna be fighting two differnt things that are completly differnt but go hand in hand and belive me it is pure hell!!!!!!!!!!
So get out and go and do and remember when that stuff flares up just tell yourself over and over it is just the Big A and noting more its hard as hell but you can do it and after you go and do more and more it will mean less and less to you, yes you will still have some Big A from time to time but each time you will be able to let it go faster and eaiser.
Dont let it get you home bound go go go go go go go go I cant stress that enought becaue when these two get together it is hell and then if you cant shake it here comes some depression becaue you cant shake it and do what you use to do belive me I know been there and it was pure H E Double L but I made it so man go go go go and go some more and go to work and keep your mind busy is one of the best solutions to help you along the way dont set in that house man go!
