ok, for the past few mnths ive noticed when i am abit down, unwell sort off feeling my right ear kinda sounds as if someone is pulling a guitar string now and again not all the time, no pain at all... anyways today i came over all funny, my balance completely went i fell on to the wall.... my vision was shakey sort off... so scared.... my ear dont hurt, but i did awake with a headache and abit of a sore throught and runny nose my ear feels fine.... wat could this be.. ?

Goodness, it's kind of hard to believe because I have been through (recently) the same exact thing you are describing! but, sorry.. still haven't figured it out yet...

Sounds like it could be sinuses. See a good ENT Dr.

Positional vertigo will cause all of the problems you describe. It is often a symptom of a middle ear infection. Often there is no pain, only dizziness, lack of coordination. It can be terrifying beyond belief the first time you try to stand up and simply topple over like a wobbly, newborn calf but believe me, after a short course of antibiotics, you'll be fine again in no time.
