I see on this site, people recommending different vitamins. Is there any limit on what and how many vitamins you should take. Is there such a thing as taking too many vitamins. I would love to take anything if it will help my stress/depression/hairloss, etc but don't want to over do it either.

Just a thought.

I dont think vitamins will help your problems, large doses of some of them can be risky

Vitamins are essential for normal functioning of the body. However, many vitamins can be harmful if taken in excess supplementary form. I would recommend starting with a good quality multi-vitamin/mineral. Go to health food store that seems to have wise personel and ask them for a good one in capsule form with high-potency B vitamins, as these are generally good for cognitive functions (and many other things).

Thank you for the replies. I was just getting all these opinions on here as well as from friends. Take Iron, Take Zinc, Take this/that. I was like yeah if I take all the vitamins that people to tell me take I will be taking every vitamin on the market, and it would take me probably half the day to take them all. HAHA.. Noone wants to take this many pills, well atleast not me. But thanks again.
