Hi! I know I have posted many times before and now I am scared, anxious, feeling nausea. My meds have been switched from zoloft to effexor xr and buspar. I have been on these two meds for 5 days. I have not been able to eat well and have had virtually no energy. I can not afford to lose weight at all!!! I take klonopin as needed and it seems to settle me a bit. I am not sure what to do. I know my anxiety passes but I need to eat and do not want to feel so sick and scared. Oh, and sometimes I find myself holding my breath. What is up with that??? Ugh! Help please!!! Cassie

do u find urself holding ur breath when ur lyin in bed??? coz i get that and would love to know wot thats about!!

AlanG, I find myself holding my breath when sitting, sometimes at the computer. Weird....

im sorry to hear that soar....ive read a few of ur posts u seem to be just like me with this...will let u know if i find any good info out that might help
