Used to taking 2 mgs daily.

Took 1 mg. & my girlfriend got pi**ed at me taking a tranq. Didn't take any more that day just to appease her.

Woke up 4-5 in the middle of the night & felt extemely edgy. Anyone have any advice on how to ween off of this. Just take it, because it helps me feel calm throughout the day & to avoid panic attacks. Any advice.

wean off it gradually by breaking up the tablets to make up the dose you need.
for panic attacks, xanax as needed is best, rather than every day, remember that a dose of xanax only lasts about 2 hours, disolved under the tongue is fastest
