Has anyone take an antidepressent while pregnant? If so how did you feel and also was the baby born healthy/normal?

many anxious and panicky women do take them and report no problems, although being pregnant stops all anxiety and panic attacks sometimes.

it can be a case of deciding whether you want to take an antidepressnt, then finding a doc who agrees with this.some docs say yes, some say no.

I never took any while pregnant, but did while breastfeeding...several times. I have known women who have taken anti-depressants while pregant and have had totally normal deliveries and babies. Studies are being done currently on this now...no need to suffer while preg. imo. I occassionaly took xanax while preg, small dose, only after 3 months. No problems, but I'd check with my doc first.
