well, many people here will know I've been on and off this board since May 2002. My anxiety has eased quite a lot but seems to come back occassionally to haunt me when I least expect it!
Now I'm just supposing that my current symptoms have been caused by anxiety (problem is you can almost put everything down to anxiety once you've had it!)
In the last few weeks I started getting a bit of a twitch in my left eyelid. Seems to happen on and off. Then last Wednesday I developed a headache on the left side of my head.. lasted for 4 days, eased off on Saturday.
Sunday we went out for the afternoon and had quite a nice time. Then half an hour after getting home I go to stand up and the room is spinning! I sit back down, and the spinning is still there.
Then I start feeling a bit nauseous and sleepy. My hearing also seemed to go a bit dull in both ears. I ended up going to bed real early and the spin eventually stopped.
Now I had real problems with dizzyness when my anxiety kicked in a year ago, but it's not been a problem for 6 months I would guess and I have no idea why now!
I'm off to the docs in a minute just to be on the safe side but I know they'll probably say it's stress and anxiety.
I honestly thought I could beat this, but now I wonder if I'll be stuck with it forever...
