Hi all, I am taking fluoxetine 20mg at the moment, I have been taking it for 17 days now. Before I started it I was in abit of a state but I did have a healthy sexual appetite with my hubby. Now although I feel better and calmer in myself, I just am not interested anymore, be honest, will I lose this side effect soon or am I stuck with it until I stop the meds ????

sadly its a very common side effect, it may reduce after a while, viagra sometimes helps women

That is the worst side effect of antidepressents. zoloft is the only one I can take that does not give me sexual side effects.
