Does anyone else experience this? My symptoms occur exclusively in the left side of my body. Mostly the left side of my chest and my left wrist/arm. This, of course, has me constantly worried that I have some kind of heart problem, even though EKG showed nothing. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

Mine always happened on the left side of my body too.
I was like you, because they were on my left side, they freaked me out.
I had EKG's and other tests.
When they came back normal I just stopped worrying about the pains when I got them and as long as I didn't focus on them, they went away.
Stress can cause stomach disorders that can cause you not to absorb vitimam B12. With out B12 every nerve in your body starts degenerating. The very first symptom I had was a feeling in my face like I may have had a synus infection. Then one day I had burning in the left side of my face. One of the first things you may notice is memory loss or a state of confusion or just not feeing right about what you know. Later other things will start to happen, Irregular heartbeats, among them. It can become very serious but has an easy cure. B12 shots. You can look up on the internet about pernicious anemia and Subacute combined degeneration. There are too many things to mention here. Look it up and see if it sounds like you.

Nearly all my symptoms are left sided...
Left eye twitching
Left sided chest pain
Left arm pain, numbness and tingling
Left side IBS pain (lower left under ribs)
I've had left arm pain and numbness all this week, along with left sided chest pain and occassional twitchy eye lid.
Weird huh!

Thanks so much for your replies. Does anyone know why it happens like that? Or what can be done about the pain? It's a 24-7 thing for me and I'f like it to go away at least sometimes. My anxiety meds don't help much. Maybe muscle relaxers or something?
hi.. I can relate to you.
when I was in very high stress all my left side would start acting up
and I had the left side of my face feel really heavy and numb.
What I did is start stetching alot and exercising.. somehow it relaxes me,
might work for you, good luck.
Also, I started taking multivitamins... specially B-complex.
