One of the most frustrating symptoms from social anxiety I suffer from is a sort of numbness around my mouth area. It's with me 24/7 (just like my anxiety) and whenever I talk to people it's sometimes hard to smile and just talk, almost like I have to clamp my mouth shut. This is really bad, I've had it for over a year now. Does anyone suffer from this and do you know of anything I can do to help get rid of this awful problem? Thank you.

ask a doc about it, could be from anxiety or a side effect of meds or something else

Be sure to get your B12 levels checked. Anxiety can cause stomach problems that cause you not to absorb B12 and that causes nerve dammage.
