Can anxiety make u feel like u have to yawn--The sensation feels like the need to yawn, but sometimes a yawn is not needed but the sensation is there???

I also do it when I'm uncomfortably cold!!! It was worse when I started my antidepressant. Yawning is a symptom of anxiety and or stress. Make sure you get your B12 tested!!!!!!! |
