Hei! I am new here. Cool board.

You see, I have a question that had been bugging me for months.

I am on the heavier side, in fact quite heavy. Lol. My boyfriend is a 6 feet tall beef cake. I was told that a girl who is over weight has a looser vagina compared to someone who is slim even when both are still virgins.

Does being tight matter to a man? What is meant by being tight?

Gee... 3 questions here. Thanks a million. Really appreciate your help.

Self-esteem problems suck.

If you're dating someone who honestly cares about that kind of thing (like makes comments about you being loose) you're dating the wrong guy.

Can you think of any way this could possibly occur? I mean, do you imagine you have fat in your vagina? Of course not! So the suggestion is just what you always thought it was - an idle "folk fairy-tale" for truly idle minds.

Mind you, if you are a bit fat, your vagina is a bit deeper in - may be just that little more difficult to get into, but you would surely understand that.

Well, I think it means what you think it does - how effectively the vagina can grip the penis. It is somewhat unusual for a virgin not to have a good grip, and has nothing to do with fat. The "grip" is a product of the muscles and the "soft tissues" - ligaments and such. They get stretched when you have a baby (the normal way) - but most of the time, the woman can correct for that by exercising the muscles - if she wants to - and she certainly should.

Now, does it matter to a man? Well, of course it does, it's an important part of having sex!

However, what is even more important, is that it matters to you as a woman - it matters that you are an active participant in sex, and it affects how you enjoy it.

And by the way, if you know you are substantially overweight, get motivated! The longer you leave it, the harder it gets. You must learn to get exercise, regular and serious exercise, low-impact exercise (such as bicycle riding and swimming) no matter what, in order to get and stay fit, as well as eating less. You can always lose weight by combining these two, though I must be totally honest - you will be hungry - there is presently no way of avoiding that, losing weight primarily means learning to live with being hungry - that is the central, crucial and unavoidable point of the matter.

What is particularly important now is that you are concerned about sexual "performance" even if your particular question is easily dismissed. I am sure no-one will challenge me here in saying that the fitter you are in general, the more you will enjoy and desire sex. :D

And while you are doing the general exercising, by all means, do also have a feel inside your vagina - just one finger - and see how good your "grip" is. Teach yourself to exercise this as well as all the other exercises - it is an essential life skill.
