This sounds strange probably... I thought for the longest time that there was something wrong with me and then I discovered that I am not alone in this.... has anyone else experienced an orgasm from a full bladder, or know what causes it?

The 2 other posts are harsh. When i was younger I actually used to get really horny when I had a full bladder and would start to pee!

That used to happen to me when I was younger too, and I would like sit there and see how long I could stand it until it just got too much. Come to think of it I was a pretty horny kid in general...LOL. And now I have dreams where that happens to me every now and then. Hm. I don't know! That was why I was asking if anyone knows how it happens... If you do kegal excercises when you have to pee... it's just a turn on, although I just read somewhere that if you do kegal excercises too much when your bladder is actually full you can destroy your bladders ability to retain urine.... but I've been doing it since I was a little girl and now at 23 I still do it!

You should never do kegels while you are peeing...in other words you should never LITERALLY start and stop the flow of urine.

No.... I don't do them while I'm peeing, I do them when I have to pee. You know the thing you do naturally when you have to pee but can't get to a bathroom........ I never let it get to the point where I can't control it.... usually when it first starts to feel like its filling up that's when I do it, and it gets me horny....

OK, now I see! That makes complete sense. As you say, the "Kegel" squeezes are what you do to prevent the urine leaking, as well as what happens naturally when you have an orgasm. Holding the squeezes deliberately for a fairly long time triggers the same feelings as stroking your clitoris or other parts, simply by the pressure. You may or may not be able to get to orgasm with this alone, but combined with some other sexy stimulation - such as of course a full bladder - it is enough to start an orgasm.

Yep - it all fits - exactly the same is true for guys.
