Question coffee burn

i burnt my arm this morning ..coffee splashed on it, 7 hours later i still have some burning pain there are blisters and the area is brown what else can i do to ease the pain i have had a wet cool towel on it practically all day and i took some motrin for the pain earlier

Personally, if it were me, I would call my docotr and ask if they need to see me. There are ointments that they can prescibe that will help with it.. You want to make sure that you don't get an infection in it.

Looks to me like you have 2nd and first degree burns on your arm. This is why you are in so much pain. The blisters should not be popped because it helps prevent infection.
IMO , i wold go to your DR. to be treated for your injury. The dostoc will give you a special burn cream and instruct you to keep theburn wrapped and clean .
You wil also recieve pain meds from your DR. because burns are extremely painful .
SO sorry you got hurt .
