Pain spreading

I was diagnosed with mild facet joint arthritis throughout my spine a little less than a year ago. My low back pain has been worsening over the last 2 years. But within the last month similar sharp, stiff pains have been transferring to my knee, ankle, wrist and neck. I wake up every morning in extreme stiffness and pain. If I crouch down my knee is in pain it makes it hard to get back up, my wrist is super stiff and I get sharp pains when I try to move or use it for the first few hours of the day, my neck pain causes me to get frequent headaches along the back of my neck and head, my back pain is sharp with extension (I have lost almost all back flexibility), and my ankle pain is different than I've ever experienced (I've had two reconstructive surgeries). It's super stiff and hard to move my ankles without pain and the swell frequently and more than normal. Doctor don't seem to understand what is going on and told me to manage my pain with stretching, ice, and meds. Anyone have experience with this? And does this sound like my arthritis is spreading? I'm only 18 and I really don't want this to be my future
