Hi, I am new to this board but my mom has r.a. and spondyloarthritis. does anybody else have this? I would just like to get some info for her, She is in a lot of pain and I think It would help her if she can relate to someone who feels as she does. She takes bextra and other stuff, She also has an eye disease that is related to all of this. Please any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and god bless. Carly
Read my post above. The eye involvement may possibly indicate a bacterial infection. many people with you moms disease often have joint and bone infections that require long term antibiotics. (I know it sounds crazy but its working for me). My vision was blurry and my eyes were bloodshot too. email me [removed] if you need to

I can't remember the name of my mom's eye disease but it causes her to see floaters and sometimes she gets horrible pain in her eye's. The say it is inflamation and it is rare. Sometimes they give her injections in the eye and that helps. She has a hard time driving at night too, That scares her because she works full time and she might lose her vision in the future.
