 Inflamation?
I have had terrible low back pain and leg pain for over two years because of an accident. I was recently sent to a specialist who sent me for a bone scan, the bone scan was sent to my GP and said inflamation in the sacroiliac joints however, when the report came back from the specialist it said that the bone scan revealed no clinically significant lesion in his opinion. How can that be when the report said inflamation. Does this mean that my injury has healed but, that I now have arthritis because of it, I had no inflamation on x rays a year ago can anyone enlighten me I am confused. thank you
