arthritis?????? - Arthritis Message Board

hello all,
wondering if anyone can help me. I am 29 years old and am suffering from very stiff and sometimes sore finger joints, especially when its cold and during sleep. Could this possibly be early arthritis??? If so what can I do to prevent further onset of arthritis???

any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!!

I would definetly find a Arthritis specialist. First you have to find out if you have arthritis, there are also quite a few diferent types with very different treatments. Tylenol or Ibprophen are both pain killlers plus mussle relaxents and will probably help temperarilly.

Maybe taking B-complex vitamin once or twice a day may help
