Does T.E.D.Stockings come in varying compression strengths ? - Arthritis Message Board

My Dr. has told me to wear one of these and one stocking is over $100.00, if I go to buy it where he told me to go. I think that there may be different strengths in compression hose, but I was told that there's only one strenghth in T.E.D.stockings which doesn't sound right to me. I have bought a pair at a local pharmacy/medical supplies which are 18mm/Hg compression. I done all the measurements and it seems a little snug to me. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Nevermind,I had all my questions answered at a local place that specializes in these hose. It cost me $123.00 for a pair,but I now have hose!
