Does any one get swollen feet/ankles when taking these?

take for osteoarthritis in hips.

I took vioxx for a year and didn't have any problems with swelling.... but my rhematogist took me off it because of all the people having heart troubles...

I was put on vioxx last friday for pain associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. SInce then I have gained 5-6 lbs. feel very tired/lethargic (I usually swim 5-6 times a week for at least an hour, and since taking it have barely been able to lift arms to swim at all.) I guess I am very sensitive to nsaids..
called doc and he is out of town til the 11th. but they have a doc covering for him so they will try to put me on something else. :/ dont really know what to do now.. *sigh*

I was on Bextra for about 7 months and didn't have much at all in the area of "water weight". Now I just take it "when needed".
