Minocin - maybe it can help you too!
Maybe this drug can help you. I'm 21 years old and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis two days before Christmas in 1997. It was so bad that I had to go through physical therapy. I was put on several different medications. Steroids first and NSAIDs (Non Steroidal Anti-Inflamitory Drugs) later. Finally, a book was discovered that explained the link of viral infections and RA. I convinced my doctor to put me on Minocin. I took it for 3 weeks straight twice a day to get it into my blood stream and then 2 times a day every other day afterwards. At first my pain got worse, I guess that is what is supposed to happen accoding to the book. That lasts for a couple of weeks and then the inflamation begins to go down and pain lessens as the weeks progress. My fevers went away and then so did the redness around my joints. I've been in remission now for 1 year! I hope that this can help others as it has helped me.
