I lift weights too man. I was leg pressing 1100lb on the angled leg press 3 months ago. Now Im not going the gym until Im cured.
I was repping out with 500lb shrugs and 315lb barbell rows. Im chilling now and on long term ANTIBIOTICS right now.
Trust me dude they work. RA is linked to bacterial infections. They cause damage to the joints. Im not sayong you dont have a auto immune problem but I bet if you get on longterm antibiotics, you will be back in the gym doing your thang.
biaxin, minocycline, and doxycylene cycled for 6 weeks then 2 weeks off then switch to another drug. No sugars and limit starches. Take probiotics and lots of protein.
