 pain in the shoulder/up the neck
I have severe pain all around my shoulder and up my neck on my left side.I had this about 2years ago and was just pushed from dr to dr.They say its bursitis,but I do not know much about it except what I read and it sounds like what I have.Can anyone give me some exercises to do or tell me what helps you with the constant pain?I have been taking lots of ibruprofen and asprin but it doesn't feel like its helping.The pain almost burns,it hurts so much.I do put moist heat on it and it feels good ,only for awhile then the ********es right back.Please help me?
