Article in my local paper last night says 1000 mg / day can reduce pain / stiffness etc.. with OA

I've actually been reading about this alot on the internet the last couple of weeks and i've been taking between 3000 and 5000 mg per day. I also bought a juicer. There is a site on the internet that is very interesting, and mentions arthritis specifically...if you search for David Saul, you should be able to find it. My understanding is that it isn't a process that happens right away.

Now the juicer! I love vegetables, but I am having an extremely difficult time choking that stuff down!! I saw that coming though because when i went to the store to buy some produce for juicing i was gagging just thinking about it.
