I was diagnosed with RA and Sarcoidosis when I was 13 years old, and I am now 19. It has been pretty bad. We are just now getting it under control. Which I am so happy. But it didn't come soon enough. I have arthritis virtually everywhere but it is worst in my hands and wrist. My wrist was very inflammed about 2 months ago and caused a tendon to rupture. I guess it is not unusual with some RA patients but itmis with people my age. I had to have a tendo transfer in my hand because they couldn't save my tendon. I am in a cast now for 6 weeks and then I will have to go through lots of physical therapy. I am doing well with it al. I guess that I just see it as it could be worse than it is. I just want someone my age to talk to or someone who was diagnosed with RA or Sarcoid since they were young. I would like to know what it has been like for others. Thanks!!
