What is the best exercise?
I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my back hips, shoulders and both knees. I have torn cartilidge and a tear in my meniscus in one knee. My doctor referred my to Easter Seals for water exercises but I don't swim and am afraid I will drown in 4' of water, not reasonable. I am going to the YMCA to take swimming lessons and then maybe it will be easier to go back to Easter Seals.
What have other people found as the best exercise for this type of arthritis?
